On behalf of the International Technical Program Committee, we would like to extend our thanks to you for your participation in our technical program. We believe we have a strong and vital program planned, with over 120 papers. If you have not heard from your session chair you should do so shortly. Your session chair will ask you for a brief C.V. or bio to help introduce you. The Technical Program can be seen at the Baltic 08 web site but your talk should be 15 minutes of presentation in Power Point or with Overhead transparencies. There will be 5 minutes of transition between talks to permit questions.
